Help understand the barriers to personalisation

Social care workers in Scotland are being invited to have their say on the barriers to delivering personalisation.

The Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services is conducting a research project on how self-directed support can work as effectively as possible.

The project will identify key gaps and emerging evidence, and signpost where further evidence needs to be generated. The findings will help to strengthen the evidence base and identify recommendations to improve the system.

Professionals are welcome to submit evidence on challenges and dilemmas they have encountered, suggestions about how personalisation could work for different groups, or how to overcome barriers in delivering personalisation.
